What a wonderful idea - to give their illustrated creatures a life in 3D!
Wendy Tsao has been making soft toys from children's drawings since 2007, and by now over 400 kids have received their one of a kind new friends. Wendy aims to convey colours and textures as true to the original drawing as possible, and her attention to detail is simply fascinating. She is fully booked for 2013, but if your child drew someone, and he really likes that someone, and you just happen to have some scrap fabric... there is nothing mothers can't do!

Dads take creative parenting seriously. Way too seriously, sometimes. David Laferriere has been illustrating his kids' sandwich bags since 2008. Another guy dresses up as a different character each day when waving his son to school. Thoughtful? Funny? Embarassing? What do you think?
